International orders often incur custom charges which must be paid by the customer, we do not cover this. DPD will contact you by text and email to pay these charges which you will have 2 days to pay otherwise it will be sent back to us and you will have to pay postage again to send this again. Please ensure your contact details are correct when checking out to avoid issues with custom contact.

Tracking numbers from DPD usually update later in the evening. We ship all orders out the same day if ordered by 2PM Monday- Friday. Please bare in mind we do not ship over the weekend if you order after 2pm Friday if your order is in stock( not pre order) it will be shipped the following Monday. 

PRE ORDER 

If your order includes pre order items and in stock items they are all shipped together in one parcel once all items are in stock. So if you need your in stock items first please order them separately. We do not send out in stock items and pre order items separately unless you have ordered them separately. If you have already ordered and need your in stock items first please email us right away and we will try to arrange for your items to be sent out separately but you will have to pay for postage for the second parcel.

What is a Pre-Order Item?

A pre-order item is not in stock for immediate dispatch and needs to be made before shipping which can take 1-3 weeks, time frame will be written in the description.

If a size is marked “Pre-Order” (e.g. Pre-Order Size Small), only that size has a wait time. Other sizes listed without “pre-order” are in stock and ready to ship.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, they must be ordered separately. Separate shipping  be arranged after ordering please email customer service for this, but additional postage will apply.

Ordering pre-order items with next-day delivery means next-day shipping once the item is ready, not immediate delivery.

Pre-order items are eligible for store credit only (valid for 3 months) and are not refundable.
