PRE ORDER

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER ITEM?

A pre order item means that the item is not in stock to send right away as it needs to be made and then once it's ready it is shipped out to you. 

Pre order items will say this in the sizes usually, sometimes title if its an older item.

For example if the sizes say:

PRE ORDER SIZE SMALL

MEDIUM 

PRE ORDER LARGE

This means that size small and large are pre order and not in stock to send right away. But the medium is in stock to send right away. 

In the items description it usually says pre order sizes take 2/3 weeks. This means for the size small or large it will take 2/3 weeks, this doesn't apply to the medium as this doesn't say pre order which means it is in stock to send right away.

Some pre orders will say a few days, or can range from 1/3 weeks. It simply depends on how quick we can get the items made. A lot of items will take 2/3 weeks. It depends if an item is older it may take longer, or if it's a bestselling product it may be quicker. 

Pre orders are always priority for when we restock as we send out all the pre orders first and any left over sizes are put on the website to restock but this ensures you don't miss out on the restock and already have your item being made incase we don't have a restock planned.

IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES PRE ORDER ITEMS AND IN STOCK ITEMS THEY ARE ALL SHIPPED TOGETHER IN ONE PARCEL ONCE ALL PRE ORDERS ARE IN STOCK.  So if you need your in stock items first please order them separately. We do not send out in stock items and pre order items separately unless you have ordered them separately. If you have already ordered and need your in stock items first please email us right away and we will try to arrange for your items to be sent out separately but you will have to pay for postage for the second parcel.

PLEASE BE AWARE ORDERING PRE ORDERS WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL ARRIVE THE DAY AFTER YOU ORDER. IT WILL STILL TAKE 1/3 WEEKS TO BE MADE AND THEN SHIPPED, ONCE READY THEN IT WILL BE SENT NEXT DAY.
