You may incur custom charges for international orders, customs is completely random so we cannot predict if you will incur these charges, please be aware we are not responsible for any custom charges as these are covered by the customer.
DPD WILL EMAIL YOU WITH ANY CUSTOM CHARGES TO PAY PLEASE PAY OTHERWISE IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO US AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE AGAIN TO SEND THIS BACK OUT.
Tracking numbers from DPD usually update later in the evening. We ship all orders out the same day if ordered by 2PM Monday- Friday. Please bare in mind we do not ship over the weekend if you order after 2pm Friday if your order is in stock( not pre order) it will be shipped the following Monday.
PRE ORDER
If your order includes pre order items and in stock items they are all shipped together in one parcel once all items are in stock. So if you need your in stock items first please order them separately. We do not send out in stock items and pre order items separately unless you have ordered them separately. If you have already ordered and need your in stock items first please email us right away and we will try to arrange for your items to be sent out separately but you will have to pay for postage for the second parcel.
