International orders often incur custom charges which must be paid by the customer, we do not cover this. DPD will contact you by text and email to pay these charges which you will have 2 days to pay otherwise it will be sent back to us and you will have to pay postage again to send this again. Tracking numbers from DPD usually update later in the evening. We ship all orders out the same day if ordered by 2PM Monday- Friday. Please bare in mind we do not ship over the weekend if you order after 2pm Friday if your order is in stock( not pre order) it will be shipped the following Monday. 

PRE ORDER 

If your order includes pre order items and in stock items they are all shipped together in one parcel once all items are in stock. So if you need your in stock items first please order them separately. We do not send out in stock items and pre order items separately unless you have ordered them separately. If you have already ordered and need your in stock items first please email us right away and we will try to arrange for your items to be sent out separately but you will have to pay for postage for the second parcel.

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER ITEM?

A pre order item means that the item is not in stock for immediate dispatch as it needs to be made then shipped out.

It will be stated on the specific size that is pre order, for example if the sizes say:

PRE ORDER SIZE SMALL

MEDIUM 

LARGE

This means that size small is pre order and not in stock to send right away and there is a wait time. But the medium and large is in stock for immediate dispatch.

In the items description it will usually say the time frame for the pre order which can range from 1-3 weeks- this does not apply to the sizes which are not pre order. You may email to check if the pre order will come in for your desired date.

IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES PRE ORDER ITEMS AND IN STOCK ITEMS THEY ARE ALL SHIPPED TOGETHER IN ONE PARCEL ONCE ALL PRE ORDERS ARE IN STOCK.
