There can still be delays due to Covid and the Christmas rush parcels are subject to delay as it is harder for postal services to be able to deliver parcels quickly! So please order in advance for pre orders! This is not the case for in stock items but remember if you’re ordering both pre order and in stock it will only be sent once the pre orders have arrived. If you need them send separately please order in two transactions.

If you order pre orders after the 20th this does not mean it will definitely not arrive, it is just subject to chance depending on when you ordered and what you ordered!
